Dillard & Associates was established in 1997 as a small resume writing service. Then residing in Brea California, Marcus & Jessica Dillard found themselves constantly approached by friends and family members seeking job search assistance -from preparing resumes, to providing interviewing coaching techniques to, in many cases, speaking with hiring managers on their behalf. Having a love for people and a sincere desire to see others succeed, both Marcus and Jessica felt they could lend their expertise honed through years of training, education and management in Fortune 100 and 500 companies to assist those in need of workforce .
In the span of 3 years Dillard & Associates worked to establish, legalize and affiliate themselves respectfully throughout its community. In 1999, was licensed with the city of Corona as a resume writing service and became members of the Riverside Chamber of Commerce (Riverside, California).
After working with several hundred individuals, Marcus & Jessica became inspired once again to offer their community more. In 2000, Dillard & Associates registered as a career staffing service with the city of Corona and was invited as a prime vendor of choice to participate in the annual 'Black History Parade' held in Santa Ana, California. The staff members of Dillard & Associates had the opportunity to speak with individuals across all age groups on the importance of education and prepping for their career of choice.
Over the next 5 years Dillard & Associates would find itself expanding into new areas of the employment market, relocating its headquarters to Anaheim, California in 2007 and being presented with new challenges and more rewarding experiences.
As a newcomer in the world of staffing, Dillard & Associates finds itself as the vendor of choice for many prominent businesses in the industries of telecommunications, banking, real estate, textile and construction, writing for some well-known resume service providers including: Jobfox and TheLadders and with its comparable rates and excellent referrals, has established and maintained long-term relationships with its clients.
